We have the capacity for large projects and batch finishing with our 10’x10’x20’ oven rail system.

Each item(s) go through the following steps:

• Sandblasted to remove contaminants.

• Washed with iron phosphate

• Coated with a colored resin within a spray booth.

• Coated item(s) are then placed in our curing oven where the powder "melts" to the surface resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
